Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Intercostals
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis
Start: Stand with your feet together and your arms at your sides.

Movement: Bend down and touch the floor with your hands. Put weight on your hands and jump out so your legs are extended into a pushup position, then jump back in so your feet are at your hands again and stand up. To make it more advanced, add a vertical jump at the end.
