1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Place a stability ball between your lower back and a wall, continuing to keep your feet directly below your knees.
3. Bend your knees until you are in a squat position, allowing the ball to move down the wall as you bend.
4. Slowly extend your legs, tightening your butt muscles until you have returned to the starting position.
