Instructions: 
Anchor your exercise band to a stationary object. Grap one handle of the band with both hands and step away from the anchor to add tension to the band. Stand sideways to the right of your anchor with arms pointing toward the anchor. Quickly turn your body to the left, allowing your right foot to pivot, pull the band across your body and pressing it out to the left by extending your arms. Release back to the starting position and repeat.
