Standing Cable Bicep Curls: Alternating

1. Stand straight with your knees slightly bent and your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. With your arms extended towards your thighs hold a cable in each hand, palms facing the ceiling.
3. Bend one elbow raising the cable towards your shoulder.
4. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat with your other arm.
