Standing Cable Rows: Alternating

1. Stand with your stomach muscles engaged, knees slightly bent and your back straight facing a cable machine.  
2 Extend your arms and grab a hold of a cable in each hand with your palms facing the floor.
3. Bend one elbow so that your hand is drawn to the outside of your chest, squeezing your shoulder blade.
4. Slowly extend your elbow returning to the starting position and complete the same motion with your other arm.
