Standing Cable Rows: One-Arm

Instructions: 
1. Stand with your stomach muscles engaged, knees slightly bent and your back straight facing a cable machine.  
2 Extend one arm and grab a hold of a cable with your palms facing the floor.
3. Bend your elbow so that your hand is drawn to the outside of your chest, squeezing your shoulder blade.
4. Slowly extend your elbow and return to the starting position.
