Standing Dumbbell Rows: Alternating

Primary Muscles Trained:  Latissimus Dorsi
Instructions: 
1. While standing, bend at the waist to a 45 degree angle towards the floor.
2. Holding a dumbbell in each hand extend your arms  towards the floor.
3. Bend one elbow and bring the dumbbell up to the outside of your chest, squeezing your shoulder blade.
4. Slowly extend your arm back towards the floor, return to the starting position and complete the motion with your other arm.
