Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Instructions: 
1. Standing upright place your back against the pads of a standing leg press machine.
2. Keep your feet about shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
3. Slowly bend your knees to a 45 degree angle and then push up through the heels of your feet.
4. Repeat this motion.
