Secondary Muscles Trained:  Rear Deltoids
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart facing a wall.
2. Holding a medicine ball, raise your arms so they are directly above your head.
3. Engaging your stomach and glutes, forcefully throw the medicine ball at the wall.
4. After the ball is released continue to extend your arms to the sides of your body.
5. Catch the ball and repeat this motion with relative speed.
