Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart directly behind a raised platform, such as an aerobics step.
2. Step up onto the platform with one foot, pushing up to raise alternate foot.
3. As your opposite foot comes up to the platform the original foot should land softly on the floor behind the platform.
4. Continue this motion of alternating your feet onto the platform with relative speed.
