Superband Band Splitter

Start: Grasp a Superband in both hands with your hands wider than shoulder-width apart. Raise your arms so that the band is in front of your chest at arm’s length.

Movement: Pull each end as far as you can, as if you’re trying to snap the band in half. As you pull back, squeeze your shoulder blades together. Hold, and then return your hands slowly to the starting position.
