Superband Hammer Curl

Start: Grab a Superband with each hand, and stand on one end with your feet about hip-width apart. Hold your band in front of your waist with your arms straight, and your palms facing each other, about 2 inches apart.

Movement: Without moving your upper arms, bend your elbows and curl the bands as close to your shoulders as you can. Pause, then slowly lower the band back to the starting position. To make it easier, use a narrower stance. To make harder, use a wider base.
