Primary Muscles Trained:  Lower Rectus Abdominis
Place your hands on a Swiss-ball and get into pushup position, your body forming a straight line from your shoulders to your ankles.

Keeping your arms straight, raise one leg as close as you can to your chest, then extend the same leg back and up behind you.

Lower and repeat. Do reps for each side or alternate legs.
