Instructions: 
Tempo Run is a continuous run with a build-up in the middle to near 10K race pace (or slightly slower than your 5K race pace), then slow near the end.

A typical Tempo Run would begin with 5-10 minutes of Easy Running, build to 10-15 minutes at 10K Pace, then taper to 5-10 minutes of a Cool Down.
