Twisting Dumbbell Shoulder Press

Stand holding a pair of dumbbells at the sides of your shoulders, palms turned toward each other, feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, lower back in its natural alignment.

Lift the dumbbell in your left hand straight over your shoulder as you twist your torso to the right.

Lower the weight as you twist back to the starting position, then repeat with your right arm, twisting to your left.

Do the designated repetitions with each arm.
