1. Starting from a standing position and without bending your knees, bend at the waist and place your hands on the floor in front of you

2. Walk your hands out into a plank or push up position

3. Do a push up

4. Again without bending your knees, you walk your hands back in, bending at the waist

5. Stand up - That is one rep
