Primary Muscles Trained:  Quadriceps
START: Stand tall with your arms at your sides.

MOVEMENT: Step forward with your left leg, then bring your right ankle toward your butt. Try to get your ankle as close to your butt as you can. Brace your core and hold it that way for the entire exercise. Bring your foot back down and take a step forward. Now bring your left ankle toward your butt. Continue to travel forward, alternating which ankle you bring up. Do 10 reps with each leg.
