START: Stand tall with your arms hanging at your sides.

MOVEMENT: Taking a step forward with your left leg, simultaneously kick your right leg up and slightly across your body. Keep your legs straight. Brace your core and hold it that way for the entire movement. Bring your right foot down to the ground and repeat the movement with your left leg. Travel foward with each kick. Alternate back and forth. Do 10 reps with each leg.
