Calories Burned:  221 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Instructions:
START: Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms at your sides. Step forward with your left leg, bend your knee, and lean forward slightly at your hips.

MOVEMENT: Lift your right knee toward your chest, grasping it with both hands just below your kneecap. Then pull it as close to the middle of your chest as you can, while you stand up tall. Release your leg, take a step forward, and repeat by raising your left knee this time. Continue to alternate back and forth as you travel forward.

From the MH Experts: This exercise will loosen your glutes and hamstrings.
