Walking Lunges with Dumbbells

Primary Muscles Trained:  Thighs
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
1. Stand upright and hold a dumbell in each hand. Step forward, allowing your back leg to come to a 90 degree angle.
2. Pause.
3. Return to upright position and repeat with other leg.
4. Continue this stepping motion for 5-10 reps per leg or for 10-20 yards.
