Instructions: 
Lie on your back with your arms resting straight out from your sides, perpendicular to your body. Hold your legs next to each other, straight up in the air, perpendicular to the floor.

Keep your legs straight and lower them simultaneously as close as you can to the floor on the left side of your body. Don’t allow shoulder blades to lift off from the floor.

Pause, then lift your legs back up to the starting position and then down to the right side as far as they’ll go.

Don’t do this exercise if it hurts your back.

You can also do this exercise with bent knees, which makes it easier and less stressful on your back.
