Seated Meditation: Meditation is the practice of resting your attention on your breathing; thereby helping you get the most out of your practice. You can start slowly-5 minutes a day- and build from there.

Take a Deep Breath: Deep breathing will help you get the most benefit from the poses. If you notice yourself breathing short and fast, bring you breath back to long and deep.

Focus Your Mind: By keeping your mental focus sharp and reining in any extraneous thoughts, you can help yourself stay in position.

Keep Your Elbows Slightly Bent: Keeping your elbows slightly bent, particularly during weight-bearing poses such as the plank can help avoid injury. You will get strong & extra toned extra fast.

Spread Your Fingers: It's important to have a solid base during poses which place weight on your arms. Spreading your fingers helps to engage your arms and shoulders, decreasing overstress of your wrists and shoulders.
