Yoga Level 1: Cobbler's Pose

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Sit on the floor and bring the soles of your feet together. With first two fingers and thumbs, hold your big toes.
2. Gently lower your thighs toward the floor.
3. Slowly lower your chest toward the floor, keeping your spine straight.
4. When you cannot go any farther, lower your forehead toward the floor.
5. Hold for breath breaths. Lift your head slightly then your torso to come up.
