Yoga Level 1: Frog Pose

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Begin on your hands and knees. Separate knees to a wide stance.
2. Lean forward as you lower your torso to the floor.
3. Rest on your forearms. Your torso should hover above the floor, but not on it.
4. Separate your feet so that they are at the same distance as your knees.
5. When ready, lower your torso so your entire body is on the floor.
