Lie face down with your forehead on the floor.

Your legs are straight and together.

Your arms are along your sides.

Inhale and send your shoulder blades down your back as you reach behind you with your finger tips, gently lifting your upper body off the floor.

Hold for a breath or two.

Exhale to lengthen the spine and return to the floor.
