Yoga Level 1: Intense Straddle Leg Stretch

Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Stand with your legs in a wide straddle. Distribute your weight evenly across the soles of your feet.

Inhale: Place your hands on your hips.

Exhale: Fold at the hips and bring your trunk down toward the floor.

Place your hands flat on the floor, fingers pointing forward.

Bend your elbows and let the top of your head move toward the floor.

Hold this pose 3 - 5 breaths.
