Yoga Level 1: Knees to Chest

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Lie flat on your back with knees bent, feet flat on floor, legs together. Stretch your arms alongside your body.
2. Pull knees towards chest with right hand on right shin, and left hand on left shin.
3. Gently bring knees in closer to chest.
4. Wrap inside of right elbow over right knee and inside of left elbow over left knee.
5. Grap right elbow with left hand and left elbow with right hand. Rock gently side to side 10 times.
7. Release elbows from legs and bring hands to knees.
8. Using your hands, make small circles with your legs and hips. Keep knees and shins together.
