Yoga Level 1: Lunge

Begin in standing in Mountain Pose.

Move into Standing Forward Bend.

As your fingers come to the floor, take some weight on your hands as you tuck the toes of your right foot under and step back to a lunge position.

Keep your hips even.

Your left shin is perpendicular to the floor.

Your shoulders are down and rolled back.

Hold this pose for 3 - 5 breaths.
