Yoga Level 1: Wall Inversion Legs Apart

Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Sit with the one side of your body close to a wall.

Lie down on your other side and roll on to your back as you pivot your hips around so that your bottom faces the wall. Extend your legs up the wall.

Your legs are straight up the wall. If needed, your knees can be slightly bent.

Flex your feet, bringing the little toes back toward you as much as you bring the big toe.

Let the legs open as wide as you can.

Lengthen through the backs of the legs.

Remain in this position up to 1 -3 minutes.
