Yoga Level 2: Dancer's Pose

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Begin in Mountain pose. Bend you right knee and reach back with your right hand to hold the inside of your foot. Your right shoulder will rotate.
2. Bring the right knee toward the center of your body, then away from your body. Press foot into your hand so your right thigh is parallel to the floor.
3. Keep your right hip facing forward. Reach forward with your left hand parallel to the ground.
4. With eyes looking forward, hold for 5 breaths. Switch sides.
