Yoga Level 2: Locust

Lie face down with your forehead on the floor.

Your legs are straight and together.

Your arms are along your sides.

Inhale: Lengthen your spine to gently raise your upper body and legs away from the floor.

Your arms reach behind you and you squeeze your buttocks to help lift the legs.

Keep your head in line with your spine.

Hold 2 or 3 breaths.

Exhale to return the trunk and legs to the floor.
