Yoga Level 2: Side Plank Pose

Calories Burned:  170 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Begin in Plank pose. Lower knees to the floor.
2. Turn right foot to the right--sole of foot on the floor.
3. Sweep right arm up to the ceiling. Look up at right hand.
4. Bring left foot directly behind right foot, balancing on the outside of the left foot. (Left arm on floor holds body up.)
5. Stack right leg on top of left left leg. Press feet and thighs together.
