Stay in each pose for 5 deep inhales and exhales.

Position 1: Leg Raise with Block: Repeat up-and-down movement 20 times
Position 2: Feet Up with Block: Return to the previous pose, then repeat up-and-down movement 20 times
Position 3: Bent Boat
Position 4: Hover with Block
Position 5: Hamstring Release: Do to one side, then the other
Position 6: Knee Cross: Do to one side, then the other
Position 7: Baby Bridge
