Yoga Routine: Fat Burning

Calories Burned:  204 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Routine: 15 minutes, 4 times a week

Stay in each pose for 5 deep inhales and exhales

Position 1:  Plank: hold for 60 seconds
Position 2: Up Dog
Position 3: Down Dog
Position 4: Down Dog Split
Position 5: Knee to Forehead: Exhale and return to your down dog split. Repeat this 4 more times
Position 6: Low Lunge
Position 7: High Lunge
Position 8: High Lunge with Twist
Position 9: Rotated Triangle: When you reach the end, repeat the sequence on the other side starting from down dog
