    Your main goal right now should be to burn more calories than you're taking in. So whether it's slightly decreasing your calorie intake or increasing your level of activity (or both), try to make a adjustment in one way or another.

    You can get off on the right foot by tracking your meals by using the Diet Tracker. Tracking the foods you eat throughout the day helps you become more aware of the nutrients you are putting in your body, and also more aware of the foods you should avoid.
