Directions:  
Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp; remove from pan and reserve fat.
Step 2
Top 1 slice of bread with a slice of the cheese and the bacon. Top with remaining slice of cheese and remaining slice of bread.
Step 3
Heat reserved fat over medium heat and add sandwich to the pan. Cook for about 5 minutes per side (or until golden brown). Serve and enjoy!
