Directions:  
Saute onion & garlic in oil over medium high umill onion is golden (5m).
Add raw rice and saute one minute.
Add broth (season to taste if desired) and bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat; simmer 40 minutes.
Check for tenderness; add water and time if needed.
Remove from heat, uncover, and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
