Directions:  
Preheat oven to 375ยบ. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Boil potatoes in water with 1/2 the salt, until cooked. Drain and arrange on 1/2 of baking sheet. Flatten each one with bottom of small pot to about 1/2 ", but still in one piece. Brush with 2 tsp oil, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp salt. Scrub carrots, and place on other half of baking sheet. Toss with 2 tsp oil, sprinkle with 1/4 tsp salt. Bake until carrots are tender, and potatoes are browned and crisp. Toss asparagus with remaining oil and 1/4 tsp salt. Remove cooked carrots to platter and replace with asparagus. Transfer all cooked veggies to platter.
