Directions:  
In big soup pot, saute diced carrots, celery, onion, potato, garlic in butter until slightly tender but not brown.

Add remaining ingredients, stir, bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Increase seasonings to taste.

Serve with crusty bread & butter.
