Directions:  
Melt butter in pressure cooker on saute, then turn it off.
Add water and dry macaroni.
Cook on high pressure for 6 minutes.
Turn off pressure cooker and open it.
Stir in cream and cheese.
Reseat lid and let sit 3 minutes.
