Directions:

Pre-heat your oven to 300 degrees fahrenheit.

Mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheese, chili powder, garlic powder and your crumbled bacon strips.

Slice your jalapeno peppers in lengthwise and place on a baking sheet.

Stuff the peppers with the cream cheese mixture and roll in bread crumbs (you can add spices to the bread crumbs if you would like more of a kick to your poppers). Place the breaded peppers back onto the baking sheet.

Place baking sheet in the oven and bake peppers for 20 minutes for spicy poppers, 30 minutes for medium spice, or 40 minutes for mild spicy peppers. (I like to bake mine for about 35 minutes).
