Prepare sauce in small bowl, mix cornstarch and sweetener together, add lemon juice and soy, stir with small whisk until cornstarch and sweetener is disolved, add the chicken broth, stir again, set aside for later.

Heat fry pan or wok over medium heat, add the olive oil and let heat up. Add aspargus and sea salt, and stir fry until bright green and crisp tender. Add the shrimp and stir fry until just heated through. Add garlic and ginger, cook and stir for about 1 minute. add the prepared lemon sauce, cook and stir until sauce is thickened. Serve over cooked rice.
