Directions:  
Place pork, water, onion soup mix, celery seed and garlic into pressure cooker. Set timer for 50 minutes. Turn off cooker. Let sit 10 minutes then quick release pressure.
Add the carrots and cabbage. Pressure for another 5 minutes, quick release.
Remove pork cube or slice and serve in bowl with vegetables
