in separate bowl beat eggs, add vanilla and raisins, stir and let set aside

soften coconut oil and/or smart balance

cream sugars and "butter" and set aside

in large bowl combine flours, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon

pour in eggs/ vanilla/ raisin sauce, creamed sugars, and oatmeal and stir

place teaspoons of dough rolled into 1" balls on ungreased cookie sheet
7
slightly flatten each cookie ball

bake for around 10 minutes until just brown (watch closely)
8
quickly remove cookies from sheet before placing on cooling rack
