Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gastrocnemius
1. Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart and your knees slightly bent.
2. With your butt muscles tightened jump up lifting your heels to butt.
3. Land and repeat this motion taking a very short pause between jumps.
