  • Winter has slowed my running schedule. I generally don't love running in cold weather and don't love running on a treadmill. So, this time of year is hard for me to stay on track. Today was a little warmer than usual -- so I got outside for a good run before work. Felt good. Happy 2013!
  • I'm off to a good start in '13.  Down two pounds and feel strong.  Switching to the GymAmerica Power Plan.  A little muscle shock does the body good.
  • Sun rises in a new year.  Time to get back to the gym and lose the weight I put on in December.  Just going to try to be consistant this year.
  • I gave myself a day or two to ease into the new year but finally got my first workout of the new year in today. Hoping to keep in up through the weekend and then get into a regular schedule next week. I did throw away all the left over holiday sweets on the 2nd and have been eaten well since then. Must keep it up!
  • My new year's resolution for 2013 is to reach my target weight and make that permanent through making smart eating choices my daily routine and not the exception.  The late night snacking and soda are no-no's going forward.  Good luck to all of you in 2013!
