Snacking at Night
I'm having trouble avoiding the snacks late at night. Now that I'm working out I'm hungry again around 9:30pm. Any tips for me?

Train Your Body & Quality Snacks
Try to gradually reduce the amount of calories in your late night snack, so that you train your body to expect fewer and fewer calories. Make sure you eat quality snacks with low fat and higher protein, so that you are providing you body with the fuel it needs but with reduced calories. Also, try drinking additional fluids to help reduce your hunger.
