1  pinch		oregano
1  pinch		parsley
1  pinch		rosemary
1  pinch		thyme
1  pinch		basil
1  pinch		garlic powder
1  pinch		onion powder
2		sprigs fresh parsley finelies chopped
1		Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray

Place chicken breasts on olive oil sprayed baking dish seasoning with spices and lightly spray chicken top w/olive oil spray for baking.. In pre-heated oven, bake on 275 for 20 to 30 minutes making sure it doesn't dry out. When cooking is complete let stand for 10 minutes then cube placing in medium bowl adding fresh finely chopped parsley and a little spritz of olive oil. Ready to serve on salad, over long grain & wild rice, small portion added to my mushroom & tomato salad, or my mushroom, tomato, spinach & onion salad, quesadillas, etc.
