Directions:  
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Seed and slice peppers and spread on two (2) rimmed baking sheets. Sprinkle with canola oil and mix with hands. Place in oven and cook for 40-45 minutes, stirring occasionally until softened but not squishy. Freeze in small portions to use in grinders, eggs, spaghetti, baked potatoes, add to recipes, etc.
**I freeze in snack or sandwich bags and add several bags to 1 quart freezer bag to keep in freezer til needed.
