Butt Lift (Bridge)

Primary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Biceps Femoris (Hamstrings)

Lie flat on your back with your knees bent. Keep your hands by your side.  Place your feet shoulder width apart.

Push with your heels, lift your hips off the floor while keeping your back straight.  Exhale as you lift your but into the bridge and inhale as you lower your butt back into the starting position.  Repeat.
